They are the members of COJAZ — Cooperativa dos Jovens Agropecuários da Zambézia. A cooperative of young farmers who have done everything right:

The Land
500 hectares at Povoado de Muaquiua, Zambézia. Transferred through a legal Cessão de DUAT from the estate of Memuna Usse Bernardo to COJAZ. The legal representative is Anselmo Djadju de Castro Boaventura, a Mozambican lawyer with an office in Maputo.

The Satellite

Every 5 days, it passes over Muaquiua at -16.70389, 37.37083. It captures multispectral imagery that measures NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) — a scientific measurement of vegetation density and plant health.
