HOW TO USE THIS GUIDE
Each step is ONE PICTURE. No reading needed. Look. Do.
Green = good. Brown = earth/tree. Blue = sky/satellite.
STEP 1: TREE + CROP TOGETHER
PICTURE: A green tree on the left. A green maize plant on the right. Both growing in the same field. A hand is planting both at the same time. Green checkmark.
MEANING: Plant trees next to your crops. Not separate. Together. Trees help crops. Crops help trees.
STEP 2: TREE GROWS TALL
PICTURE: The same tree now tall and big. Green shade underneath. The maize plant is happy in the shade. A sun above but the shade protects the maize. Green checkmark.
MEANING: Trees give shade. Shade protects crops from too much sun. Trees drop leaves = free fertilizer.
STEP 3: SATELLITE WATCHES
PICTURE: A satellite in the sky (gray box with panels). A green beam goes from the satellite down to the farm. The farm glows green. The satellite has a green checkmark.
MEANING: A satellite in space looks at your farm every 5 days. It sees if your trees are growing. No one needs to visit. The satellite IS the auditor.
STEP 4: TREE EATS CARBON
PICTURE: A tree with blue gas (CO2) going INTO the tree from the sky. The tree gets bigger. An arrow shows the gas going into the trunk. Green checkmark on the tree.
MEANING: Trees eat bad air (carbon) from the sky. The more trees you plant, the more bad air they eat. Companies pay you for eating their bad air.
STEP 5: PHONE GETS MONEY
PICTURE: A mobile phone showing a green M-Pesa screen with a money symbol ($). The phone is in a brown hand. Money is coming from the sky (from companies). Green checkmark.
MEANING: Companies send money to your M-Pesa phone because your trees eat their bad air. You get paid every year just for having trees.
STEP 6: TRIPLE WIN

- LEFT: A basket of fruit/cashew (food to eat and sell)
- CENTER: A basket of maize (crop harvest)
- RIGHT: A phone showing M-Pesa money (carbon credits)

MEANING: Trees + crops = THREE harvests: fruit + crop + money from carbon. Three incomes from one field.
